What mods fix Below & Beyond and Martian Express?

I posted this in Surviving Mars General Discussions too. Maybe I will get better and quicker answers here. I need the minimum set of mods that will completely fix, to avoid mod conflicts. It is sad that now at Winter Christmas Steam Sale 2022 those DLC are not completely fixed! Please reply now, as this will help me decide what to buy this Steam Sale.

Sorry to neco this post, but there needs to be something done about this. I'm trying a lot of things, and I'm failing to get tracks placed at all using free-place cheats. Its insane how poorly it works.
