Custom assets appear in the editor but while play-testing they disappear

I created a test map and imported 3 custom assets, two being models with textures and the other just being a texture, while play-testing the custom assets just disappear, I've tried everything and I have no clue as to what is going on.

I had the same issue. It turns out that I had some unused/invalid files also imported as custom assets. I think the invalid files confused the game, causing none of my custom assets to work in game. If you're still having this issue, double check your file types and make sure their compatible, then get rid of any assets that are unused in the mod.
