I have plans to make a very small mod that affects only a handful of things on the starting map, some of the quests, and a couple mechanics (Health regeneration and enabling the transfer of regions via diplomacy).

I don't know if I'll be able to implement all of those things, but I have only ever modded Rome, so I need help if I am to understand how to make this mod!
