X4 SW interworlds missing matirials

hi i'm playing SW interworlds and love it.
still there are 2 stations that i dont have in game and non of the factions produce the matirials.

silicon carbide
and
computronic substrate

can some one thell me why it its? or what to do to fix it?

when you are building the stations if you set your global build settings to universal that will remove those 2 materials from the requirements. The 2 stations you are probably talking about are the scrap recycler and scrap processor correct?
