I've downloaded a number of items from the steam workshop. Some work completely normally in game, while some don't even appear. E.G one of the skins downloaded appears in the list, while one does not.

I've even gone into the steam files on my PC. All of the mods downloaded from the workshop are present in the same folder. (I even cross-referenced the folder IDs with workshop IDs.), so I don't really understand why some are working and some aren't, as they have all been downloaded in the same way and are all downloaded to the same place.

I can't seem to find a fix online. By the looks of it, everything should be working fine. If anyone has a fix or any advice, that would be greatly appreciated.
