Anyone know of a mod that lets you claim a building in Kenshi?

I cleared out a subfaction, and I want to be able to build in the house they were using.
Is there a mod for this?

This is the only one I know off. But you would have to have this mod on before you fight the residents. That would be true to any mod of this sort.

After I cleared out the preacher moon cult, I was like, why can't I own this place? The easiest way for me to mod it was to make it where I could purchase the buildings, not quite the same as full ownership, but a pretty big step in that direction. What town / faction are you asking about?
