whats going on with the workshop?

i'm kinda new still so maybe there is something i missed but, the ♥♥♥♥ is going on? it seems like 86% of the mods are abandoned or no longer being updated and on top of that a lot of mods that don't effect game play are not allowed on the official realm like a mod that simply changed animations.

Fatshark stopped approving mods a while back, so you can imagine many modders might feel discouraged to continue. Otherwise, some of the modders simply moved on from the game entirely for unrelated reasons, and aren't interested in keeping things up to date.

real shame because they probably could get a group of community members to probably sort the mods out as i sure most would love to
