Missing equipment in mods

I am finding equipment that is stated to be 'Legacy' or just missing from my current mod content. Instead of finding normal gear in some mechs, every once in a while I find mechs with equipment such as "Gyro 1_5" or "Cockpit+5" or "TC-1." Any ideas? Am I missing content, or is the game simply spawning mech equipment that no longer exists according to current mod iterations?

As I recall that's some junk from an old version of a mod that got its source taken over by YAML. Something to that effect.
