You can. Just make a created wrestler based on an edit you downloaded. itll save as a created wrestler and you can delete the subscribed one. I do that to save the current looks of wrestlers. as creators tend to update a wrestler instead of creating new models. like i rather not have a tna rhyno in my ecw section because of an update, etc.
