Navigate to the configuration file located in your "Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life Alyx\game\hlvr\cfg" folder.
Open the file "config.cfg" with a text editor.
Search for the line that says "MouseSensitivity".
Change the value of the variable to adjust the sensitivity of the mouse. A higher value will increase sensitivity, while a lower value will decrease it.
Save the file and start the game.
Note that changing the sensitivity may affect your aiming accuracy and movement control, so be sure to test the changes in the game and adjust them accordingly. Also, make sure to back up the configuration file before making any changes, in case something goes wrong and you need to restore the original settings.
The user config has been replaced by sets of ".vcfg" files...each corresponds to each different modes, user/slot, etc...but the old batch system, (the original "cfg" stuff) is still used for other things and works just like it used to.
