How do I publish a map?

So I wanna publish a custom U.S map but with two more
"nations" and I have no clue how.

so, (this will be hard to explain) when you are in edit of a map click the name option on the right, than you can change the name if you want, than press "save scenario", than play it. Than click options, quit it, than there will be a white star scenario (which is your scenario) click on it, and press the button that say "publish scenario", than you are good.
