If you download the OHD SDK you'll get all the game resources so far, plus a plugin to upload mods to steam workshop.
The main modding right now is Maps, Factions and Core gameplay, if you want to change anything else then you'll need to deal with dependency hell.
The best thing you can do is just download the SDK and look through everything.
Just don't save anything you do. After an hour or so, quit, don't save, and reload.
You'll figure it out pretty quickly if you look up some Unreal Engine tutorials.
Thanks yeah I have used unreal 4 before and now use 5. I guess the best way is to just fiddle around with it and see what I can do. Thank you for the reply!
