Mod Request: Tiny Container Storage Yards

I am requesting a storage yard for containers with the following characteristics:

Space for only twenty 20' containers (the small storage has room for sixty.)
One factory connection, preferably on the longer side.
One road connection.
Two parking spots minimum (for fire access with a vehicle waiting there.)
Two railway connections connected with a through line. (optional)
Loading factor tag of 4.0 (optional).

I basically want a small storage I can use to assemble a mix of containers with a capacity close to a train of flatbed wagons a total of 150m long. This would enable easy assembly of a mix of containers for remote factories, without using workarounds or a lot of space.

Hey Silent thanks Again For the Help Finding the guide,
I may Have published a bit too many mods,
but my Guarded Container Storage or another Mod I made Tiny Container Storage V2 Should do just those things, I only just saw this but made them in the last 12 hours

There is also A Guarded Large Container Storage But I doubt you are interested

Yes Ive been Doing trial and Error Alot,
Ive learnt much over the Day, and am Starting to put together some Really Nice Little Creations. All Inspired by Mods I love, But There Are Gaps And Definetly Room For More Mods like these. I still Dont Know How To Stack Containers Unfortunetly. But I just thought seeing your post I was Looking For How to Stack Containers And thought I would Share

If there is any Problem With Ground Tear On the earlier Ones I can Update With Ashphalt Ground Cover Or Just Paint using Decorations
