You mean you are looking for mods that are compatible with "When the World Stopped making Sense", usually called submods ?
I see you already posted in the subforum on Paradoxlaza.
1) I'd recommend to search the subforum for the term "submod" in thread titles.
you'll get a few. Hard to say which are updated or not.

2) You can also search the Workshop for "WTWSMS" to find submods.
3) The common graphic mods often have a submod variant for WTWSMS.
Better Looking Garbs (Portraits) does for one.
i looking not only for submods but also to normal mods that work with the base game but not breaking with wtwsms

i can pay some symbolic payment if you will help me to compose said modpack. it's looks like you know what mods exist within the community

Are you sure about the compatibility with WTWSMS ?
I'm not so sure. There are several i saw that likely have issue sor simply don't work.
Beginning with the last one which is a bug fix. Even the last comments in there mention it.
I didn't respond,because there are too many mods that one would need to compare files for and i haven't played WTWSMS enough nor looked at the files to know what they changed and what standatd mods should work or not. It's usualy not that simple with overhaul mods and compatibility..
I always used both mods...

I can't find any other comments proving that the mod doesn't work, just that it is incompatible with other mods like HIP and the Community Patch mod. Luckily WTWSMS doesn't touch the file that file, so unless the mod is broken, as you claim, it should work fine. I definitely could have missed something, so if you believe you found any incompatibilities or broken mods, I would love your input.

I didn't claim it's broken, I said i'm not so sure about it.
The comment also says that they rewrote the event and hence did touch the file.
Also the exact file with the same name doesn't need to be inside the mod for that.
The specific original game file folder can still be ignored by mods through replace_path orders inside the *.mod text file and overhaul mods tend to do that or/and have their own rewritten files with different file names and maybe even different event ids. Hence why i said its not always that easy to know about compatibility. Whatever.
My post was just intended as a hint and question. Not that i care too much. Not my list. ;)
yea I'm trying to cram as many mods as possible that would work with each other, mostly focused on extra content, and could be anything from buildings to societies

I just tried the collection and it's crushing the game whenever I resume the time/date counter in the game
