Top mods takes priority over the mods below.
Usually you want on top mods like Sound Fix, SISL megapack, economy mods etc, while you want on bottom mods that change ui/navigation and so.

At the top put the promods map addons next the promods base map next add trucks, economy , sound and graphics, at the bottom put stuff like paintjobs , modded parts, traffic , navigation, traffic packs.... So but important stuff at the top, meanwhil less important at the bottom

That's the wrong way around Romania, and importance has little to do with it.

Map mods go at the bottom of the list, everything else goes above that, using the logic of what changes what more or less.
