Report a translation problem
If it was the former, the addons should take some time to install when you get to the main menu of Black Mesa. Check your addons list in game once everything is installed. If there's nothing, then restart Black Mesa to see if your addons list populate.
If it was the latter, you may need to restart your game to see if your addons populate when getting back to Black Mesa's main menu.
If waiting (and possible restart) or a straight restart doesn't help, you may need to browse the Black Mesa local files to see if you need to put the addons in a "custom" folder. There's a guide here for that.
