Garbage trucks on buss pass

Garbage trucks, police, firefighters, ambulance, taxi, buss and all other public service vehicles should be allowed to use the bus lane and at the same time, do not use other lanes when they have a bus lane to choose from. In the basic version of the game, only buses drive in the bus lane, and they are reluctant because they still choose other lanes if, for example, they want to turn left.

I'm looking for a mod that will solve these problems but I can't find anything. Is there such a thing?
