It's been making me more and more frustrated with every game I play. Those two traits just serve to make the commanders who have them - and there's always at least one or two, if not more! - COMPLETELY intractable and impossible to deal with. They give a full -200 Opinion for just HAVING AN ARMY and PLAYING THE GAME, which seems both excessive and unavoidable. Creating situations where a commander refuses to sign a Non-Aggression Treaty with you because he's a pacifist. Not because you've been invading, razing and pillaging left and right, but just because you... own a single fully-upgraded army, for dealing with the local wildlife.

If those traits gave just -50, maybe -100, you could still work around them. -200 is just way too much of a decrease for something you have next to no control over. Other traits, like Xenophobe/Xenophile, Ruthless, Backstabber and so on at least respond to things that you actively choose to do, rather than just penalizing you for being decent at playing the game...

...ahem. So point is, are there any 'rebalance' type mods that does something like that? I did some searching in the workshop, but turned up nothing.
