LowLevelFatalError Crash

I added some workshop mods but when I added Pilot Overhaul my game started getting the error "LowLevelFatalError [File: Unknown] [Line: 3146] Could not find SuperStruct MW5_Comp_Setting_C to create HFB_P_Settings_C" so i unsubscribed to that mod but it's still happening. I tried unsubscribing to all mods and freshly reinstalling but I am still getting the error. Does anyone have any idea how I can get my game running again?

Did you have MW5 Compatibility pack installed? I think that's what the first one listed is from.

I dont think i subscribed to it, but subscribing to it isnt fixing the issue either, do i have to like delete a folder somewhere?

I ended up having to reinstall after manually deleting all of the game files and that fixed it, i think it ended up being because i installed the compatibility pack last and I should have installed it first.
