Mods Not Working

Ok, so I can't get any version of Fall of The Republic, Awakening of the Rebellion, or Thrawn's Revenge to launch. I've verified the launch options codes mach the ones on their respective steam workshop pages as well as re-installed all of the mods and the game at least twice. I'm lost at what to do so any help would be appreciated.

I just started having the same problem. From main screen I click mods, it exits out of the exe (as normally), but doesn't relaunch with the mod.

I think this may be a result of steam updating to its new format? Only started having this problem when that happened.
