Mortars becoming 'shell cannosns'

Whenever i make a design with a mortar in it, it becomes unusable due to the design turning the mortar into a Shell Cannon, which is not unlocked with mortars. Anyone else encountered this bug, I'm assuming its a mod bug at this point

Modules that are modified by a mod should have a newline and then the name of the mod that modifies them at the bottom of their tooltip. Do either the mortar or the shell cannon have a mod listed?

Yeah, No Vanilla Restrictions on the Mortar and Ishi's Additional Alternatives on the shell cannon. will check their mod pages

Ishi's predates 1.2, which added arcing projectiles. I think it's reasonable to assume that that was probably a breaking change for mortars.
I can tell you that No Vanilla Restrictions works on my machine™
