♥♥♥♥ + Click Items Disappear on Modded Game

I've seen this problem before, but can't find the topic I've read a while ago.
I Shift Click the item and it just vanishes forever.
I've noticed this is a problem with the "Combine Them All" mod, but don't know which specific mod is causing it.

Anyone knows how to solve this?

There may be multiple Inventory mods present where the item is being placed into another inventory that is currently out of sight.
