Not sure about Linux; Windows needs about 33 percent free disk space available to run effectively.

this is not in the exact order but ark omega was not at the top, which writing this might be the problem
As for load order, I was told the following as a general rule and it works for me.
1. anything that is map related.
2. anything that affects storing or stacking.
3. anything building or structure related. ie: SS/S+ one of the other. followed by CKF.
4. mods that automate resources. such as AA automated ark. be sure to use version 3 if you use.
Version 2 is no longer updated as far as I know.
5. skins/costumes
6. all others
less mods you have, the more stable and better performing your game is.
