not sure for most of them but my computer was blocked because a pirate spawned a file named server crasher in a game and it was not even me the host
i checked the file name in workshop and the description is explicite
also their is hundred of pretended server crasher file in this workshop
im nearly sure its illegal and people can have their steam account closed for this
at least in the country that dont like piracy like usa
even forum discusion show pirate enjoying their terorism against kids
why the moderation do do their job ?
also i read in some description its just massive amount of bricks stacked by copy paste probably mixed with c4 tank so its already possible to prevent the most basic by brick limit at less than 2000
