Just saying: there is some Half Life (regular) Mods for VR, also on Steam. But I need to agree and also admit, that I would love to see Black Mesa in VR aswell... just imagine the struggle getting chased by the giant gargantua guys or trying to get gonarch down while she is jumping in your face it just would be over-immense :D

How deeply I wish to play Black Mesa in VR and fulfil the dream I had when I was 13 of playing HL1 in VR. There is already a fan made VR mod by Ashok, but it uses HL2VR stuff so has none of the weapons from black mesa, apparently this is because Black Mesa isn't open source.
So, if the Black Mesa team aren't interested in making a VR verson, but the reason another dedicated fan can't make a full VR version is because Black Mesa isn't open source...surely there's some kind of solution to this problem

Oof, I hope I haven't just read the final response & nail in the coffin on that last post:
"In the case of Crowbar though, they weren't allowed to keep the Black Mesa source code as Valve requested it to be turned over at the end of Black Mesa's development."
Why Valve, whyyyy?!?
