High Praise for Bargar
I just finished playing LIFTING THE SIEGE by Bargar and highly recommend it. It's wonderfully written and rendered, featuring some spectacular battle scenes.

Find it in Bargar's Workshop

@charles_watkins Thank you for the support that you have shown for my campaign. Maybe I will get a few more subscribers after they have finished playing Baldur's Gate 3.

BG3 definitely took a bite out of subscriber growth. I see some signs of people returning though. Solasta is different enough, especially with full party creation, that I don't think BG3 puts it down entirely.

The dungeon maker is still one of a kind imo.

Thanks for the recommendation. My friends and I are relatively new to the game and there are so many mods to choose from for our next adventure, but the stupid ratings system doesn't work very well with too few (in Steam's estimation...) subscribers, so it's sometimes hard to know what to try next. We'll definitely bump this one up a few notches in our list, so thanks for that. :)

+1 to this recommendation. I am currently playing this campaign (solo) and have suggested it to friends as well; we regularly play co-op campaigns.

Finally, my campaign has been awarded some steam review stars. This has taken over three months since the campaign was first posted and seems to be a very long process.

The way steam reviews work is kind of ridiculous imo. You can't get a star rating until you have 25 reviews. And then you can't get 5/5 stars until roughly 200 or so reviews and thats if it heavily tilts favorable, otherwise its around 250 reviews needed.

I'd be fine with this system if there were tons of reviews. But since there aren't, I'd rather steam just tell me exactly how many positive/negative reviews there are.

The star system just seems near meaningless when only roughly 2-3% of subscribers give a thumbs up or down and there aren't overwhelming subs like some other games have.

Since my campaign dropped off the front page of the 3 months popular list, I am getting next to no new subscribers now. I just hope that it doesn't disappear into obscurity.

After about three to four months the workshop seems to push 'old' campaigns off the popular list no matter the subscriber interest and upvote/downvotes.

Both of mine lasted about that long before getting yanked. That's why I wish a tag system was functioning. Other than that it's basically left up to word-of-mouth and sometimes they'll appear on those scrolling image links, which seems kind of random.

You could advertise it on discord. Not sure if the reddit community for solasta is all that big or not.

Even my latest looks like it will get to maybe a little over 1k subscribers and then be pulled off.

@Artyoan I probably will not get round to playing your new campaign until the New Year. If it is even half as good as your last two, it will be excellent.

No rush. It'll be around for however long the steam workshop itself lasts.
I've been really enjoying the mod community with Solasta. I've been playing Something In Brightreach or whatever it's called. That's been fun. I'm gonna try this one after I get through that one.
