I suspect you're talking about the image and gif originally from the 1.9.1 release notes news post on Steam. Those were taken in a very early prototype of the mod editor ~3 years ago. The code has changed drastically since then such that the current version of the mod editor can't be used to open any boards or minigames other than those that were initially created using the mod editor itself.
Also, the logic in those older boards and minigames is built into the game directly, rather than using the action system available in the mod editor. So even if those maps could be opened, the logic for their unique features wouldn’t be visible or editable sadly.
