Use the siren key, there is horn key and siren key.

Press and hold ESC > vehicle advanced category > toggle siren (additionally) cycle siren, keybinds with boxes around them are holds and without are taps for two functions on one key..

It won't work if there is no horn/siren part on the creation.

And it won't work if the siren type is set to a non siren type.

And it won't work if the axis ( activation trigger ) is set to something other than horn.
