The animation of "wind"
Hello! Guys, you are creating a beautiful game. But it is a little bit dead... It has birds, that are flying in the sky; animales in the forest; the people that are walking at the streets, the water with good traces of the ship. But trees are standing as the sticks. There are nothing in the nature that live.... could you please add the wind? And a little bit animations of trees and grass?

I doubt it's possible to mod within the current game engine. It would require such an enormous change to how the graphics engine works on a fundamental level that I think it'd be a project only Urban Games could handle. If it was something that would need to be built in from the ground up, then you might have to wait til Transport Fever 3.
