New PC Transfer account, TF2 Won't start.
Trying to figure out why my game won't start. Can't find crash logs at the expected location. New Laptop PC Steam did sync from old Laptop pc (It was on and on the same wifi) to new PC. Uninstalled all mods and still won't start. Next step I'm trying is uninstall, add exception to antivirus for the install folder and reinstalling. Anyone have any suggestions where to look to find the issue? Thanks. Sent message to developer but no response quite yet. Maybe in a few days they will get back with me.
Thanks in advance for any ideas or suggestions.

Old PC was Intel I7 series, New PC is AMD Ryzen 9. So far all my other games have worked fine.

Any other locations I need to look (delete) and reinstall or tweak?

Game was installed on old pc on D drive. New PC doesn't have a D Drive.

New Laptop has Ryzen 9 processor and Nvidia 4060. Old PC was Intel I7 and Nvidia 2060
