To the best of my knowledge, no. Objects can't be exported from either Planet Coaster nor Planet Zoo in any way, not even to transfer between them.

Objects can be imported into Planet Coaster (does Planet Zoo have this yet?) via the Thememaker's Toolkit, I'd recommend the Frontier Forums for more info on that:

If you can approximate what you want in some 3D computer graphics software (such as Blender, which is free and open-source) you can usually (with some limitations) import it into Planet Coaster.
