How difficult would it be for someone to create a mod that allows a text box to show up on a player model (either above the head or across the body) that shows an action? This is in regards to the DayZ RP community and whoever wishes to use it to be honest.

The way it would work is when someone were to type into the chat "/me grabs a can of Tactical Bacon from the shelf" that action would appear on the person so that anyone around them would be able to see it. It could show up in the chat box as well if needed but preferably not.

Is this something that is possible to do?
