HEAVY RIFLE

at the start of the game ANYTHING capable of using a heavy rifle is a MASSIVE threat when all that's running around is only light mechs

You can reasonnably DELETE locusts and javelins in a single alpha

So can any other weapon when the mech you want to use has the speed of a TURTLE!
