Mod for SLOWING down the speed of movement

There are a lot of mods to increase the movement speed of players/creatures, but there is not a single mod that would REDUCE the basic movement of players. The vanilla running speed of the player is 45 km/h.

I noticed that if you reduce the speed to real values (to about 24 km/h), then the world starts to seem MUCH BIGGER. Big dinosaurs are becoming much more dangerous, chasing you is much scarier. The game becomes more lively and interesting.

Question: AM I REALLY THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS THAT? IS IT REALLY INTERESTING FOR EVERYONE TO RUN AT THE SPEED OF A SPORTS CAR? Why didn't anyone make such an elementary and such an important mod for movement speed?

This Does NOT say it cannot be decreased. Although I never tried it as I always enjoyed outrunning dino's. Try it for decreasing. It may do what you want.

9 SpeedMultiplier 0.0 100% (Base cannot be increased)

Somewhere I read a note to the basic parameters of the player that the "speed" parameter cannot be set below 100%.

I tried to use it in the first place at the time

Ok. Nice to know that the player base is not changeable. I am not aware of any mod that would change the base player speed. Maybe it is because the speed is not changeable. Maybe an experienced modder would know. You could ask/check in the Primal Fear discord as they have very experienced modders in their Discord Server. Link would be on the Mod page.

The base speed can be changed for sure. In the FFRP Fantasy mod, one of the characters has a 40% reduced base speed. It is not possible to use this mod in whole or in part
