Desire to translate mods

Hello everyone, I would like to help you find out how I can translate mods, I know there is ModTranslationHelper, but I don't understand how to use it, I know there is another way, but they say it is time consuming and not worth it, but I would like to know which one is this method or is there a better method.

Maybe you can help me. Which language do you prefer? So far, I've tried working a bit with a Russian translation, but I ended up sticking with the German version. I've worked on 235 mods so far, and they're constantly being updated.
