not going to join their discord to get answers nor am i downloading the mod. but there was a clue on official wiki.

admincheat SpawnDino "Blueprint'/Game/Mods/ArkSupreme/SupremeModDinos/somethingsomething'" 500 0 0 120

you need to search your ark folder for "vampiric" and maybe you'll find the "somethingsomething" BP
