yes u need a png file named the same way you named your pack file in data of your attila game. no png no ability to upload onto workshop

thank you, but The gist of my question is where is the upload "button"

launcher, u go there where the other workshop mods are, there u can see urs with ur png and right side is a data icon, click it for update, should get blue colour.

uploading mods for attila cannot be easier, it is explained in yt many times
