Hello everyone,

Can we make it possible to introduce new voter groups via mods? This would open the door for so many realistic and humorous situations in the game. For example, we could add "Cosmopoliticians" as a voter group as an opposition to "Patriots". Cosmopoliticians might be in support of anything related to global trade, foreign relations, foreign aid, EU, etc. For just-for-fun mods, we modders could e.g. add "Gamers" and new related policies like "Compulsory LAN Parties in Schools" that affect membership of this group. A voter group of "vampires" might appreciate policies that affect nightlife and postal votes and dislike anything that is only possible during the day.

It would also be cool to be able to add a 7th quarterly metric in addition to the GDP, HEALTH, EDUCATION, UNEMPLOYMENT, CRIME, POVERTY for more variation. Depending on the mod, maximizing a simulated metric like "EU Integration" (for cosmopoliticians) might be essential and worth highlighting in the quarterly report.

Can you guys relate to this suggestions? Which voter groups would you like to add but cannot? Or has anyone already managed to make this work?
