Airships need their own category

Airships are a thing now. So, Airships need their own category.

Okay. Airships now have their own category. Next order of business, how do we add builds to that category because currently there's exactly one cart in there which I don't think is supposed to be there.

I suspect some trickery. The category itself is merely a line in a XML file, but it can't be added from within the game yet, and I have no idea how to add it from outside the game :/

the only blueprint currently was uploaded by a dev, and taking into account the name it's probably something they were testing and can't be used atm by normal users
