You need 3ds max 2015 or 2016 version from what I've understood.

No problem on the late reply. I have been wanting to build more NASCAR tracks. Do you know if I use Race Track Builder and use the coordinates of an actual track will that work? Do I need to do anything to it afterwards like adding an actual track or walls?

You could likely use the track builder to get the shape of the track somewhat ok. But you will need to create some walls and stuff afterward. Don't have to be anything fancy, but some general modeling knowledge helps a lot, alternatively, you can reference Bugbear's own objects. In 3ds max this is called xrefs while in Blender you can use a community script from Mazay to import similar (search on community discord for the link). These objects you can place around but not change size or properties on, thus easiest way to create walls would be to duplicate the referenced objects around the patch.
