If you mean you want to edit the missions themselves, you can do that in the mission editor. Be aware though that this would make you not the original creator and you would have to give credit and make the original creator a contributor.

I was referring to removing the ones I no longer play as it takes a lot of time to load them every time I host a game. It would be better be able to load the favorite ones instead of all of them automatically as it does now when hosting.

It's done through Steam / manage account / profile / workshop items / subscribed
Then remove unwanted missions. I had over 79 pages that would try to load up when hosting. Works great again!
