Can somebody change 22 Artifacts in the base game file please?

Hello Titan Quest friends,

I'm looking for someone who can change / modify 22 artifacts (13 Lesser, 9 Greater) in the base game file for me.

I have tried it very hard, but simply could not succeed, the Art Manager didn't work for me.
So that's why I'm asking here. Of course I'm willing to compensate for the time and effert spent.
I'm looking forward to someone experienced who can do this.
