Textures and music packs

I downloaded some texture and music packs on the workshop but I don't know to enable them

I assume you mean inside of the level editor, there you can use them.

Once you're in the editor, click on "Settings" in the top right corner, after that you'll want to press "Setup Custom Textures" and in that menu you can select your textures.

Like to replace default game textures in the scenarios and such? You can do that with this guide, just note that some programs may be different now to replace game textures https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1337047928&searchtext=textures
