Simple color change?

As the title says, I'm just trying to change the color of a 2D model that I got off the steam workshop. I'd love a little help/suggestions?

Hi,

The Live2D avatars do not have to option to customize them.
You can only customize the 3D avatars and this is how to do it: https://facerig.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=295:tuesday-tips&catid=22&Itemid=183
