Live 2D modules

I bought the live 2d modles, the thing with the anime charaters and the paper looking puppy in a bowl, I went to face rig and clicked on a character but the screen flashes and nothing happens?! Please help. I really dont want to return this.

You cannot access only the Live2D Avatars or this happens to the 3D avatars as well?
Have you refunded FaceRig because i do not see it in your library?
