To a degree yes. In order to get the best results it involves manually coloring certain sections to allow for a quicker turn around later. Unfortunately, the stock characters can't be altered properly merely by using a color picker because the entire character will be affected.

I actually got what I needed, since a guy just recently released all these color mods. Thank you for explaining this to me, though.
