So, a few months ago, I downloaded the Black Mesa Character Expansion mod, and it was working well for the most part. Today I opened Black Mesa, and it stopped working. The clothing changes were working, but not the facial updates. All of the HECU for example have the exact same design and face.

I downloaded the revised version, and that one didn't even work at all. Nothing was added at all. Is anybody else having this issue?
