Mods in mod folder vs workshop folder (Or run from exe or steam (play button))
Why starbound works better if i rum mods from "mods" folder in starbound folder rather than from workshop folded.

Yes, I copied each mod from the workshop/content folder just to make sure.

(The game only loads two cores and this is a problem. Especially in large mod builds. And I don't know why, but if I put Avali mod, the two CPU cores that the game loads go to 100% load with very, very nasty freezes. So I thought that if I move all the mods to a folder in the game itself, it will solve the problem, and so far it has happened, the load of cores stopped rising to 100%)

(I basically noticed that Starbound at each launch with mods, differently spends CPU resources, sometimes more sometimes less. And I do not know what this is due to).

(I also want to say that without Avali Mod, as well as after a couple of restarts of the game and delete the folder storage that would reset saves. 100% utilization of two cores I have not observed the same when playing through steam with mods from the workshop.)

I would be glad to know why this can happen.

If you need information about what kind of processor I have, it is Ryzen 5 5600x

I think it's just the way file structures work. a local file structure is going to outperform being asked to fetch files from somewhere else.

either that, or the workshop was an afterthought of the developers and they didn't code the workshop integration super well.
