Workshop is full of old mods that don't work anymore.
Goodness, I'm having trouble finding mods that function properly (at least according to the comments). And it's pointless to sort mods by Date Updated since all the mod creators tag their mods with every possible option. It's frustrating.

I looked at your collections. Are the "Outdated" mods no longer functional?

You may want server mod instead client mod to properly display food stats, like Show Me and Insight. But I don't know a single mod for food only.
