While it's not perfect, it is dynamic, includes a shoulder swapping keybind, though it isn't a mod that everybody is too keen on due to it having issues. Though it is useful and can be modified in the addon options. Regardless of it all, Xoberax did a fantastic job with it.
Best way to know if it's what you're looking for is to try it out in game. Test everything including Night Vision, Entering Vehicles, basic and advanced movements and how it looks with any other mods that you use for movement like Enhanced Movement or Urban Rappelling and such. Be thorough to make sure you cover everything you like before adding it to your essential modlist.
